WishGarden Herbs

If you know me than you know I hate taking medicine just to take it, in fact I will try all herbal remedies first. I hate when I have to take antibiotics and other prescription drugs. Don’t get me wrong I am thankful for them when they are truly needed but I also will do everything I can to to not get sick to even need any prescriptions.

Growing up we always took Echinacea and we hardly ever got colds or the flu. We took it during cold and flu season. I truly believe that the herbal Echinacea helps fight off colds and was happy to start giving it to my kids thanks to WishGarden Herbs.

Echinacea is widely used to fight infections, especially the common cold and other upper respiratory infections. Some people take Echinacea at the first sign of a cold, hoping they will be able to keep the cold from developing. Other people take Echinacea after cold symptoms have started, hoping they can make symptoms less severe. The people who use Echinacea to treat symptoms have the right idea. Research to date shows that Echinacea can help treat a cold, but it won’t prevent one.

As the one year mark for Shelby’s birthday is fastly approaching I am assuming my menstrual cycle will be heading back soon. I want to give my self the best cycles as possible so I am interested in the Progesteronic and Wombkind.

Wombkind supports normal levels of hormones through a woman’s cycle, including transitions running from the beginning of menstruation right through to menopause. and the Progesteronic Support contains hormone nourishing herbs that support the endocrine system and healthy progesterone levels. This herbal supplement is gentle but effective. Not recommended for pregnancy or nursing mothers.

I obviously can’t start the Progesteronic until I am done nursing but I hope that both herbal tonics help when my cycle starts up again.
