Why hubby doesn’t need to buy me a Christmas gift…

So my Husband thinks he needs to buy me a Christmas gift… but he doesn’t understand that I have bought myself everything I want.

First off, I am so excited to have bought him something he has been wanting…. for me to give him something he has wanted is so exciting for me. It’s just a tiny way for me to “thanks for being the best husband and daddy ever”…

I mean, I did buy myself a Nikon D3000, a new Hoodie from Abercrombie & Fitch,  an adorable Camera Strap from Capturing Couture, oh and a new Coach Horse and Carriage Ashley  Handbag…. So as you can see I have more than adequately gotten everything I have wanted for Christmas…. How can I let Hubby know just being with him on Christmas, and seeing his face open his gift from me is MORE than enough????

Of course if he can give me a BFP then that is the most ultimate gift ever….. LOL!

  1. I’ve been saying this the last few Christmas-I pretty much get myself what I want throughout the year so come Christmas time there really is not a gift I want and the same holds true this year-I so agree with you-for me the best part of Christmas is seeing my boyfriend open up the gift(s) I got him especially when it was something he really wanted-this year it was an outdoor security camera-he’s going to be so excited can’t wait! 🙂

  2. Nice presents! Yes, looks like you are pretty set! LOL
Hubby and I got a TV for our bedroom so we are done with presents for us. That made it easy. We used to try to buy each other things and well, it wasn’t always what either of us wanted. So now we just talk about it before. LOL And just being together IS the best!
Merry Chritmas to you and your family!

  3. I told my husband, at the risk of sounding cliche, i really don’t care if I get anything for Christmas. I get more enjoyment out of seeing how excited the kids get and how much they love their toys The traditions my family have are meaningful as well. My hubby did spoil me though this year. A box of Champagne truffles, a bottle of wine, a beautiful hand stamped necklace with the kids names and birthstones, and some urban decay cosmetics i wanted

  4. OK, so now I’ve found the picture of the handbag! GORGEOUS!!
I love that style, I have two that are that style already and when I was going to buy another on like it, hubby said, “Don’t you already have 2 that look like that?” Sometimes it’s not so good to have a hubby that is SO attentive. TeeHee

  5. that is why its so hard to buy gifts for each other – thats why my wife has implemented a no buy period. where if i want it – it has to go on the list from oct-dec. unless i/she really really needs it.

  6. Years ago I started buying myself things I asked for just in case I didn’t get them (when they were on sale, of course). Now everyone just thinks I’ve got everything so they get me nothing. Oh well, just give me the $ then 🙂

  7. hahaha you have a wonderful Christmas!

You should give him a kiss and tell him what you want for Christmas this year is just him by your side! :]
