I started using Weight Watchers 360° on March 14th, for three months I have been learning a lot more about healthy eating and exercise. In three months I lost 20 pounds.
I admit it was not easy doing it online and “on my own”. I honestly feel that for me I should have opted to do it in meetings. I feel I would have helped keep myself better accountable and also had others – a support group that was going through the same thing and others I could have had to ask questions to.
Weight Watcher’s 360 is really motivating, especially each week you see that scale go down! I plan to continue using what I learned with Weight Watcher’s 360 and work harder to loose the remaining 20 pounds!
