Week Three #AveenoDailyChallenge

Aveeno Daily Challenge

With the Aveeno Daily Challenge I wanted to incorporate eating more veggies and fruit an less pasta/carbs. I worked much harder this week on my food. I had a few days of over indulgence and too much Easter Candy but I did incorporate more veggies and that I am happy for.

They say it takes 21 days to make a habit out of something and one thing I have noticed is how every day I am getting my miles done and I am so excited for it! Wednesdays are my days where sometimes I don’t do my miles because it’s hubby’s day off (for now).

Saturday Hubby and I went to Knott’s Berry Farm and while we did end up walking three miles we ate lots of naughty foods and drinks.

day 15: off day   – one mile total oops
day 16: 6.26 miles
day 17: 5.82 miles
day 18: 3 miles walking at Knott’s
day 19: 6.08 miles
day 20: 6.08 miles
day 21: 6.12 miles

That is FIVE days I got my exercise in! I am very proud of myself.

I decided even though the three weeks is up I will still be posting weekly on my progress. Now that I am getting my food under better control lets see the weight come off too!
