We Will NEVER Use Vinyl·isms Again!

I have always been a huge fan of Vinyls. They are beautiful and have such a statement to them. They also bring out some one’s personality in the home. My mother in law loved all the Vinyls have in my house that she started getting them for her home.

This summer she decided we would go and paint in her classroom and then order Vinyls for her classroom. After searching a few of my favorite stores, she found one that she liked. vinyl·isms… or so she thought!!!

After looking at all the pre-designed Vinyls we definitely wanted to get the one that says “Just when the Caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly” and had two beautiful butterflies that came with the Vinyl, and we wanted to get the Bon Appetit! So we place the order on June 14th… and right aways received an email from one of the owners saying the address we supplied was bad. OK, we can understand that. We don’t receive our regular USPS mail to our homes and have to use a PO BOX.  Not a big deal right? So we gave them the PO BOX and waited… and waited… and waited… mind you this company vinyl·isms has already charged the credit card but never mailed the product. Then yesterday we once again called them to find out where the order was.. got the run around “I am so sorry! We will get it right out” So this time we gave them my father in laws business address. The girl (one of the owners) said they would get it right out to that address, even confirmed the address (she was on the car’s blue-tooth).  So we thought finally this was over and the Vinyls would be there and we could get them up on the walls….

TWO hours later the phone rings and we check the email… “Your order has been shipped!” ……. to my in laws home address via USPS…. SERIOUSLY????? Did we not just explain that we do not receive USPS to our homes? Did we not just give you an alternate address to ship it to?

Moral of the story.. NEVER EVER USE www.vinyl·isms. com.
