Last weekend I ran my first 5k Race, The Color Run and I will tell you I am on a whole new fitness high! I had an absolute blast too! I really didn’t have any expectations on my time as I have been running lately but not really training to keep a pace. I was going to have fun with my friends and daughter. We actually were doing really good but ended up walking almost the entire third mile due to Sam having a foot issue.

We ended up finishing in about forty minutes. At least I have a starting point on my time and can only get better.

Before the race i took my X2Performance. I knew we would be waiting a while before we actually started running and I started the race ad finished the race feeling great and had so much energy throughout the whole thing.  I was sore the next day but not too bad.  X2Performance tastes like tart oranges but it’s only 2 ozs and you can get the whole thing down in one bug gulp.

Unlike other workout products X2Performance does not give you that “crash” feeling afterwards. It helps give you that boost of energy before your workout and helps you finish strong without that crash feeling at the end. I definitely will be getting more and I really liked the energy I had with no crash feeling afterwards.
