2…. Now that I am working at Subway I am really loving the BLT! I get the italian herbs and cheese, put 4 slices of bacon, the shredded chedder cheese, then I toast it. After that I add mayo mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and green bell peppers!! YUMMY!!!
3…. My husband makes the BEST chicken marsala. I have no idea how he cooks it, but YUM!! He also makes mashed potatoes, and steamed veggies.
4…. Chocolate, any kind of milk chocolate and I’ll be good!
5…. chelaquillas, with eggs and refried beans. my FIL makes some yummy chilaquillas!
6…. Nachos, DH makes some tasty nachos. Start with totilla chips, add shredded beef, refried beans and shredded chedder cheese, then layer it three times, put it in the oven until all the cheese is melted, top off with veggies of your choice, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. You’ll need a fork with it!
7…. my FIL’s steak. ok, I am not sure what the cut is, but he grills it on the BBQ, and oh my it is to die for have it with some grilled asparagus, a small salad and add a little steak gravy on the steak mmmmm. oh, and he also gets those small red potatoes, cut them into quarters and put them in a bag of raspberry balsamic vinager, let them marinate for IDK I’d say an hour and then put them on a cookie sheet ad bake them, add salt and pepper and any other seasoning you’d like. yum yum
8…. my MIL made this salad, it is just a regular salad but she added strawberries, toasted pine nuts, a little feta cheese, avacado, tomatoes, and sliced chicken. top it off with some raspberry vinagrette.
9…. good old quesadilla! use two large tortillas, shredded chedder, and put it on the stove top in a large frying pan, toast it until it starts browning, and flip. cut it like a pizza, and dip in sour cream. mmm
10….I’m a sucker for the lean cuisine meals. when I’m too tired to make anything, I jsut pop in a lean cuisine and they taste pretty good
11…. celery and peanut butter
12…. sour dough bread toasted with butter on top
13…. veggie tostadas! YUMMY!!
