You could celebrate by going to the movies with a friend, or buying a cute workout outfit, for instance. It’s important to reward yourself, especially when you find it hard to stick with your plan.
Fitness success is not an impossible dream. However, if you’re planning to lose weight, you need to be realistic about your goals and expectations. Remember that you are not a machine, you can’t work out every day of the week between four walls without losing patience! Additionally, you need to understand how to reward yourself with the food you love in moderation and with little treats for all achievements. Fitness is a long process that requires attention and self-love.
