#SummerFunGiveaway Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods *Giveaway closed*

We are two weeks into our Summer Vacation and I can not even begin to tell you how busy we have been. By the time we come inside from playing outside all day I am exhausted so the thought of making dinner is not something I look forward to.

Thankfully I can turn to Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods. The products are great and when it comes to frozen foods they are a healthier option than others.

We love the Meat Lasagna. One of Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods original family recipes! They sauté  freshly ground beef (no trim!) with fresh garlic and onions, add specially grown tomatoes and a blend of Italian spices to create our delicious meat sauce. They then layer  firm lasagna pasta with the sauce, premium ricotta and mozzarella and top it off with imported Pecorino Romano.

Michael Angelo’s authentic Italian recipes were perfected over generations, with family care, in Southern Italy. Michael learned the art of Italian cooking from his mother Sara’s kitchen and is uncompromising in making sure Michael Angelo’s provides the highest quality ingredients and outstanding homemade taste only an Italian mother could duplicate.

    Love Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods, I miss their giveaways. I recently tried the shrimp scampi and fell in love with it, next to the eggplant. Yummy Yummy to all their meals. Great for a single person, no need to cook a whole lot, just pop one in the microwave and wala a meal.

    Our favorite summer meal includes a special seasoning we make to put on chicken we cook in a frying pan. The homemade seasoning includes fresh ingredients such as green pepper, sweet peppers, onion, cilantro, and garlic cloves. We love pan frying the tender seasoned chicken and serving it with corn on the cob and baked potatoes.
