It has been a while since I have joined in on Smart Habit Saturday, and I really need to start doing this and making habits for myself
here are a few habits I’d like to accomplish:
* Floss daily
*Brush teeth before bed
* Read bedtime stories EVERY night to my girls
* Hand wash the dishes instead of using the dish washer
I want to start with just a few things for next week and next Saturday add one new thing to my list, and so forth. Lara says it takes 21 days to make a habit out of something so lets hope 3 weeks from now these 4 things will be a habit I do daily.
