Ingredients for Crust:
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbl honey
- 1 egg white
Mix honey and egg white together then add oats. Pour at the bottom of your spring form pan (or cake pan) and bake at 350* for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients for Filling:
- 2 Cups Mountain High Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup honey (or more depending on taste)
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
Mix the yoghurt and honey together until smooth, then the rest of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Pour over the crust and bake for around 45 minutes.
