Sealy Posturepedic Innerspring Signature 11 Series *Giveaway*

Since this past September I have patiently been waiting for the call from a delivery company saying my new Sealy Posturepedic  Innerspring Signature 11 Series bed was ready for delivery!

I have to say that all the waiting was well worth it in the end. For the past week my husband and I have been enjoying our new EasternKing bed from Sealy.

Designed to eliminate tossing and turning caused by uncomfortable pressure points, the new Sealy Posturepedic innerspring line offers a significant reduction in pressure points leading to a more restful and restorative sleep. The new line was designed in conjunction with the Sealy Orthopedic Advisory Board (OAB) to offer orthopedically correct design. Preliminary research indicates the new Posturepedic line, on average, eliminates up to 95 percent of pressure points that cause discomfort which can lead to tossing and turning.

I am still getting to used to the bed. When I sit down on it I forget how comfy and soft it is, and I just sink into it.

Hubby and I both agree that we both look forward to bedtime…. no, not for that reason! We love getting into bed and slipping under the sheets and feel how comfortable the bed it. For the past year I have woken up around 3AM with my right arm completely numb. I figured it had to be the way I slept. Well, let me tell you that in the past week I have not woken up to my arm being asleep. In fact I wake up feeling energized and happier. I know that may sound strange, but really I do. I know I am getting better sleep. I don’t have neck pain anymore either.

My husband suffers from back and neck pain due to being a Sushi Chef. He has said that he doesn’t have the pain in his neck and upper back anymore. Now it’s only been a week and we have already seen this huge change. I can only imagine what it will be like in 6 months!

All Sealy mattresses also feature FlameGuard Protection, which is a non-toxic, safe technology made from a bend of fire-retardant fibers and proprietary materials that protect you and your home.

Sealy Posturepedic Signature Series comes in all sizes, Twin, Full, Queen, Split Queen, King and CalKing. Models available in firm, cushion firm, plush and ultra plush.

Benifits:

  • Provides both advanced push-back support system and maximum pressure relief
  • Distributes body weight away from the heavier parts of the body, relieving pressure from where it’s concentrated
  • Maintains proper spinal alignment, blood flow and circulation, which enables restful and restorative sleep

 Design:

  • Posture Channels are incorporated to offer greater support in the shoulders, lumbar region and the back of the legs for orthopedically correct alignment during sleep
  • Pressure Knock-Out Zones™ are made up of cradling materials including memory foam and resilient latex targeted at the areas most prone to pressure points – the shoulders, hips and knees
  • The Pressure Knock-Out Zones start as a three-zone design and increase to seven zones in the high-end models

This video cracks me up!

It is nice to find a mattress company so concerned finally with pressure points! Spring mattresses have been a horror to sleep on for me. I love the idea of the different pressure point zone relief. I and Hubby would love to have a king size.

    I don’t maintain a blog, so I emailed two friends and cc’d you :)

There are many features about the Posturepedic that are attractive, most notably the design that targets pressure points to eliminate tossing and turning.

We are currently helping ease our young daughter’s transition into her new bed and room, but there are several nights where she winds up in our bed for comfort. She is a very light sleeper, and any rolling over or movement on our part, will often cause her to wake up and have difficulty going back to sleep.

I also like that another feature of the mattress is: Forms a more solid perimeter around the bed that enables you to sleep to the edge of the mattress. While we currently have a king-sized bed, our daughter often falls asleep sprawled across the mattress — leaving me or my husband to sleep on the very edge of the mattress :)

Additionally, in an effort to help her fall back to sleep in her own bed, we’ve often curled up on the edge of her bed or on the floor or a cushion, and will have back pain and soreness the next morning.

Having a comfortable bed to go to would be such a blessing. Thank you so much for this giveaway! I think we’d still probably have to go with a king-sized mattress, as my very-tall husband says his feet hang off the ends of smaller mattresses.

I love that it has push back support. just what my back needs.

  136. McKim says:

I learned that each mattress is created from a unique combination of different densities of latex foam. You have no idea how much I would love to win this mattress – in a king size. Right now I sleep on the couch more than in bed because our mattress is so uncomfortable.

  139. I found it interesting that no other mattress company has created an Orthopedic Advisory Board with a group of doctors, surgeons, and clinicians who work together to help design Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.

I would get a Queen size mattress.

PLEASE DELETE MY LAST POST. I HIT THE RETURN BUTTON ON ACCIDENT. HABIT I GUESS. like that: it relieves the pressure in your back. My husband’s side of the family has horrible back problems, so I want my kids to have something great to sleep on!

I love the fact that it incorporates a 7-zone pressure relief inlay with memory foam near your head and back of knees, and latex near your hips – all the spots we need it to be more comfy! I also love that i can sleep near the edge of the bed and it’s still just as supportive, thanks! I also would love a king size.

I found it interesting that Sealy has found a way to combine both push-back support and pressure relief in one mattress. Sounds like just what I need! I toss and turn all night long on a really bad mattress. I would love to win this in queen size. thanks for hosting such a fab giveaway!

“So, with some very smart guys called the Orthopedic Advisory Board, we made the push-back support/pressure relief dilemma history.”

    How cool is that?

  166. Tracy W. says:

I learned the mattress has unrivaled pressure relief, all but eliminating uncomfortable pressure points. I would like that in a King plush please!
