Nutrisystem Week:14

WOW! I can not believe that a week ago I was in NYC for BlogHer 10! I already knew that while at BlogHer I would not be able to eat my Nutrisystem foods. So instead I was careful on what I ate and my snacks. I’ll admit I indulged a little with cupcakes, but really will say I did pretty good. In fact I left BlogHer loosing 1lb! We did so much walking while in NYC I knew it was doing something good for me.
So yesterday was my first week “back” on my Nutrisystem and I even got in running on my treadmill. Two months in and I am finally starting to get used to the taste of the food, and I am finally getting used to the portions of the meals. In fact just this morning I almost couldn’t finish my pancakes!
