Nutrisystem: Week Eleven

I think I have realized why I am stuck and not loosing weight this past month. I have not been following my meal plan to the “T” and getting in all my fruits and veggies. What can I say I am not a big fan of fruits.
I also and not exercising enough so basically I am not burning enough calories to do any good for me and loosing weight!
I have also found that sticking with eating only the food provided has been hard, because I’d rather have the burger at a friends BBQ.

This coming week I plan to be dedicated to sticking with my food and getting in all my fruits and vegetables.
Good news though is I did loose 1 lb!

I know what you mean about the burger off the grill. We did that this past weekend and grilled burgers, sausage and marinated boneless chicken breast. I wanted that darn burger but had the chicken breast instead with vegetables
