New Year’s Eve: Journals

My girls love journals, so of course I wanted to make them a little journal for them to write what they hope to accomplish in 2012, or if they have their own little Resolutions (like do better in school, or get 5 straight 100’s on a test etc.)

These little journals are easy and takes only minutes to make up. Plus they look adorable!

What you need:

  • 12 x 12 sheet of colored or printed paper
  • 8-10 sheets of 6 x 6 plain white paper
  • stapler

Start off with your 12 x 12 sheet and fold it in half, and then fold it in half again. Cut it so it ends up being a 6 x 12.

Add the white sheets of  paper inside the printed paper. Use the printed paper as your “cover”. Then stable the entire book together.

Love these journals, what a cute, cheap, and great idea for the new year. I know some things I would be putting in this journal so I better get to work.
