Nestle Family Holiday *Giveaway*
Yesterday I had to go to the store, while there I had to pick up all the supplies needed to make cookies and candies. I know giving homemade gifts to neighbors and family is nice, but at times it can be a lot of stress as well.
Thanks to Nestle I have a great giveaway to help families with baking and spending more time together this Holiday Season!
One reader will receive a Prize Pack with: free coupons from Toll House (chocolate chips and cookie dough), Carnation Evaporated Milk and Breakfast Essentials, Stouffer’s, Juicy Juice and Boost Kid Essentials, as well as products from Wonka and Rasinets. We’ll also be including a 4×6 silver photo frame and the Carnation holiday recipe guide. The prize value is around $40.

I have a few things that I enjoy making… first of all I make my DH a pumpkin roll. It is his favorite. Then I make white chocolate, cream cheese pinwheels and homemade graham crackers. Last I make pumpkin pies for the family.

I make a bunch of different cookies to give out as gifts. Thanks for the chance.
We make all sorts of goodies around here. Yesterday we wen to a cookie party and made M&M carmel chocolate chip bars. They were awesome and we came home with about 25 different types of cookies. I think I will send them to work with my hubby so I don’t eat them all.

I used to love making peanut butter hersheys cookies – but just this Christmas I tried my first ever Jam Thumbprint (I don’t know the actual name, sorry) cookie – and OMGOSH am I hooked! I’ll be making these every Christmas now!

My favorite thing to make on Christmas are oreo cookie truffles. It’s very simple: ground oreos into a fine powder, combine 1 bar of cream cheese per pack of oreos, roll into balls, cover in chocolate, and freeze. So yummy!
