For the past month my family has been playing around with the Nintendo Wii U. It seriously is one of the best game consoles that I have ever played with! (And I still remember when my Uncle brought home the original Nintendo!)
The Wii U is very simple to set up! In the box comes with everything you need to start playing! All the cords and includes the NintendoLand game as well!
The Wii U™ GamePad controller removes the traditional barriers between you, your games, and your TV by creating a second window into the video game world. It incorporates a 6.2-inch, 16:9 aspect ratio LCD touch screen, as well as traditional button controls and two analog sticks.
The GamePad also includes motion control, a front-facing camera, a microphone, stereo speakers, rumble features, a sensor bar, a stylus, and support for Near Field Communication (NFC). It is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and weighs approximately 1.1 pounds.
There are so many ways to play the Wii U and it just depends on the game you are playing.
- Playing the game on the GamePad alone
- Viewing the game on TV and the GamePad
- Using the GamePad touch screen to control game play on the TV (like the Arrow game on wario)
- Holding the GamePad virtually (like in skiing)
- Controling the Wii U GamePad with the Stylus
- Using Wii Remote controllers with the GamePad (up to 5 players)
Every Wii U console comes packed with an array of applications to enjoy the day you bring your system home, after a quick system update. Interact with other Wii U players online, make video calls from your TV, download full games from the comfort of your couch, and much more.
The Wii U also plays all Wii Games, so if you upgrade from the Wii you can still use your old games.
The Wii U also offers more than just game play! A few things you cna find on your Wii U is
We can’t wait to share more of our experiences with the Wii U!
