More Sewing Projects!

Well today I decided to do a few more sewing projects including making more burp cloths. I also wanted to attempt my first baby block. The one side I hand stitched up does not look very good but for my first try it doesn’t look too bad. I made it 5×5 but I think 4×4 would be better.

The blocks are actually really easy to make, I just need practice on hand stitching, or have the hole to turn right side out pretty small. Something to practice!

I also made the girls some fabric flower headbands for Halloween.

The block looks great! I did my first one yesterday too. Funny because I made mine 5×5 thinking it would be a good size and I agree… I think 4×4 might be better.

The cloth blocks are cute and practical – great for soft, safe, tactile fun and my daughter would love the cute headband. I think I’ll give the headband a try – never thought of making one like that. – cute idea!

Those blocks (and everything else) 🙂 are super cute! I’ll have to make some when I have my next baby.

It takes some practice to hand-stitch the final seams, but I can’t tell which is the “bad” one in your pics!
