Moms Into Fitness *Giveaway*
Moms Into Fitness are fitness DVDs created by Lindsay Brin. She recently became and author on how moms can get their body back, has conducted numerous research studies on women’s bodies and have 13 different DVD titles.
Lindsey’s DVDs are fun, easy and quick! Trust me you want to try them !
A few that I recommend are CFS- Core Firming Sequence Method, Shed 5 Fast and Dance Jam.

Well, I want them all. But if I had to pick just one, I’d pick the CFS DVD. I had my last baby 4 years ago and still have the post-partum tummy. I am ready to get flat abs and Lindsay’s DVD look awesome.

Mom getting back into shape after the blessed event (and staying there!) is important-she’s got a lot to do and not much time to do it all.
Getting the whole family involved in exercise can motivate everybody and help create a healthy family-perhaps making things easier for mom!
