Mickey’s Trick-or-Treat Party
Join us for Mickey’s Trick-or-Treat Party! Last night my family and I had the chance to visit the party and we had a blast! The girls loved being able to dress up and go trick or treating. Not to mention the rides they were able to go on! Sarah was mad because she wanted to go on Dumbo and didn’t understand that ride was at Disneyland and we were at DCA.
What I noticed differently this year than last year, is that there seemed to be more Trick-or-Treat Stations. There was a station about every 100 yards. The girls had so much fun, and Pat and I enjoyed the fact that they offered healthy treats, like carrots, apples, raisins, craisins and cheez-its.
The Princesses were also there, so I had to let the girls wait in line to meet them. Every time we go to Disneyland the line for the Princesses is always LONG, about an hour wait. So we jumped in line and waited less then 15 minutes. Samantha told Belle that she was so happy to see her again (she “meet” her last Christmas for the mom blogger Christmas event.) Sam also gave Belle candy. Sarah was very excited to meet Ariel. Ariel is Sarah’s favorite Princess. While Belle is Sam’s favorite. (Mine is Cinderella, and always has been.)
We did get to meet up with Caryn for a little bit and the girls got to ride the Carousel with Josh (and Jason). I was laughing because after we got off the Carousel Josh told his daddy he wanted to go on a roller coaster.
We had a wonderful time, the girls were able to trick or treat, ride some of their favorite rides (minus Dumbo) and see their favorite characters. Although we didn’t see Mickey or Minnie. What a great way to kick off our Holiday Season!
