#Mamavation Monday 4/7/13
This past week I went on vacation, sure I still tried to run my 2 miles while I could but I ate.. and ate… and ate…. Feeling very bloated and disappointed in myself.
This week I plan to get back on track. I have been stuck at the same weight for a few weeks, this past week I finally got down 2 but I know tomorrow my weight will only be 1 pound lost in 2 weeks. bummer 🙁
- Weightloss (Since Feb. 1st): will update but it’s either 7 or 8… boo 🙁
- Miles this week: 10 – but I did spend 3 days at the pool so I didn’t have my fitbit.
This week I would like to do a 2 mile walk/jog every day I can.
I also got my Jillian Michael’s Body Revolution and I plan to do at least one exercise a day Wednesday – Friday.

Don’t beat yourself up, we all have off weeks. Just dust yourself off and get back on the wagon! You got this!!! 🙂
