This is my first week joining in with Momavation and their Momavation Monday log Carnival. I joined the forums and haven’t committed yet and well this is week one for me! What drew me to Momavation was the support and of course because I want to get healthy!
What a great week to start too, this week they are talking about love and relationships. I think that one of the biggest reasons that I want to get healthy is because I want to look good for my hubby. I am very self conscious and hate the baby weight. The baby is going to be a year old and it’s time for this weight to go!!!
Another reason I want to get healthy is well… I turn 30 this year and I have spent my 20’a hating the way I look. It’s time to take charge and get back into what I love… to run and to have that very intimate relationship with hubby.
My birthday is in September and my goal is to get to 145 pounds. I am excited to join Momavation and grow friendships with other bloggers who want to get healthy/stay healthy!
I will be starting Jillian Michael’s Total Body Revolution hopefully this week. I just ordered it last week so I am anxious for it to arrive! I also want to run/jog at least 10 miles a week! I am contemplating to apply for the Momavation Moms, I need to be held accountable and I know this is soemthing I can do!
