Lands’ End Outerwear *Giveaway closed*
Last year my kids received the Girl’s Expedition Parka and they spent the entire 2010-2011 Winter Season warm!
No matter what we were doing the girls wore their Parkas. I’m not sure why it’s considered a Parka though, this is a heavy duty jacket that kept my kids warm and will keep your child comfortable all winter long.
One feature my kids love is that the sleeves have thumb holes that help hold the jacket sleeves down. The inside has a store away pocket, where kids can put their gloves and hat in and not loose them.
This year my girls will be reusing their Expedition Parkas. I made sure last year to get them each a size up so that they could wear them for two seasons. I love that even after a good 5-6 months use these jackets look awesome and brand new. The faux fur is smooshed a little but it still looks good.
Overall this is probably one of the best jackets we have ever gotten for the kids. The girls are able to wear it out in the rain, in the snow, out sledding and they stay warm and dry! The Parka hits mid-thigh so it keeps the kids well covered.
For 130 dollars it is well worth every penny!
