Joovy Cocoon x2 – putting it together!

For the past month I have been having a lot of fun playing with my new Joovy Cocoon x2. We received the Cocoon x2 but we also received some of the attachments.

When all the boxes arrived I will admit at first I felt intimidated by them all. Luckily each box was clearly labeled with what it was!

Taking the Cocoon x2 out of the box. You would expect to see it in pieces like other strollers. I was really worried about this. In fact I didn’t open the box for two days because I waited for Hubby to be around to put it together. When he took everything out we were both really happy to see the only things needing assembly is the tires and handle bar!

Hubby has it upside down figuring out how to open the Cocoon x2 and locking it into place:

These are all the pieces you have to put together. Just the wheels and handle bar!

We also received the  Cocoon Fixed Jogging Wheel (sold separately), Cocoon Parent Organizer (sold separately) and the Cocoon Bicycle Trailer Attachment (sold separately). With all these attachments they truly make the Cocoon the only stroller you need!

Everything is set up and ready to go. You just need to attach the wheels. Now since you have to take the wheels off to get it into any car, Joovy has made it easy for you with the way they designed to remove and attach the wheels.

Inside the Cocoon x2 offers two seats that will accommodate two 50 pound children.

The Cocoon x2 (and single Cocoon) offer a  zippered door that has a cool mesh window for great ventilation and a vinyl window for when the weather is less cooperative. The Vinyl Window is easy to keep rolled up and tied back when not in use.

The Cocoon has a two position adjustable handlebar to accommodate different heights of adults.  There is plenty of room for tons of cargo and take-along items in the back, which zips closed.

The Cocoon x2 is such a great stroller with so many options and can fit any of your traveling/adventurous needs!

Stay tuned for how we use the Cocoon x2 as a Bike Trailer and a Jogging Stroller!
