Lately i have been trying to offer my daughter fruits and yogurts instead of waffles or pancakes.
My daughter loves horizon milk and drink more milk when i buy it.
I try to make homemade, lower sugar, more organic, more whole grain, less fat, etc. treats to slip in to my son’s lunchbox, which makes him feel special and me feel far less guilty about treats for my babies!

My kids eat healthy without eating “diet” food. I’ll bake salmon, steam broccoli, make pasta, and a green salad, all of which they love.

My nephew loves anything with dip so i make a greek yogurt and cinnamon dip for fruits and a yogurt with ranch dip spices for veggies instead of a side of chips with lunches
We make a meal surrounded by fruits and vegetables!
I swapped out ‘candy’ for fruit or granola bars.
Candy also included any food that has been flavored to taste like a candy rather than food.
