Holiday Traveling: Medela Swing Breastpump

Shelby is 9.5 months old and I have exclusively breastfed her with no bottles the whole time. The only times I have pumped we put the milk in her sippy cup because she refuses a bottle.

For moms who need a good breastpump for the occasional pumping I like the Medela Swing. although I do think the price is a tad steep for what you get, so I recommend watching for deals for it.

he Medela Swing Breastpump is Medela’s smallest and lightest single electric pump. You can pump on the go with this set’s options for use. Set the Swing on a tabletop, attach it to your pocket or belt with the clip or hang it from the neck/shoulder strap for the most convenient and comfortable position for you.

The comfortable SoftFit breastshield creates a massaging effect while you pump. You’ll create more milk in less time with 2-Phase Expression technology and pump more efficiently when you set the device to the Maximum Comfort Vacuum level.

In between uses you can keep the pump and accessories neat by storing them in the drawstring bag. All elements of the pump that come into contact with breast milk are BPA free.

Includes: SoftFit breastshield, bottle stand, 5 oz. breast milk bottles (2), 2 lids, travel cap, wide base slow-flow nipple, valve, 3 membranes, tubing, neck/shoulder strap, AC adapter, carry bag, instructional manual, breastfeeding information guide

I will be taking the Swing with me on Vacation and I’ll be sharing how it worked out for us!

We have the pump in style and really like it but it is over 5 years old and just doesn’t have the suction it use to. I will definitely look into this one. Thanks for sharing
