Holiday entertaining with Bumble Bee Foods
This month kicks off Holiday Party after party but that doesn’t mean you should be serving junk at your Holiday Party. Bumble Bee Foods and the various products make excellent additions to Holiday Entertaining.
You can create some great and tasty appetizers! Below are some of my favorites.
Chicken Sesame Balls:
Ingredients:
1 (10 oz) can Bumble Bee® Premium White Chicken Chunk in Water, drained
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise dressing or mayonnaise
4 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine chicken, onion, red pepper, mustard, mayonnaise and cream cheese, mix thoroughly. Form into balls using about 1 teaspoon of chicken mixture for each. Chill about 1 hour. Pour sesame seeds in a flat dish and roll chilled chicken balls in sesame seeds to serve.
Yields about 28 balls or 2 cups dip
Tuna n Feta Bruschetta
With just a few ingredients, this appetizer is simple, yet it’s packed with flavor. The combination of lightly toasted French baguette, warm soft goat cheese, savory tuna, and the sweet aroma of basil, make this appetizer irresistible.
Ingredients:
1 can or pouch (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked
1 loaf French bread, sliced crosswise into 8 pieces
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 fresh Roma tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
Directions:
Toast French bread under broiler. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and garlic. Spoon olive and garlic oil mix onto toasted slices. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, tuna, basil, salt and pepper. Top each toast with tuna mixture and cheese. Place in oven at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is browned.

I would like to try the Chicken Sesame Balls
It doesn’t sound as complicated as I expected. I really like the sound of Chicken Sesame Balls.
The Chicken Sesame Ball sounds amazing! I might try it at Christmas time when I make cheese balls.
Sounds very yummy
