Holiday 2011: Scared Panda

Scared Panda started about about two years ago and the tees make perfect gifts for kids. The shirt designs are based off of the owners experiences in different cities they have lived and visited – the shirts reflect different sub cultures and each shirt tells a story. And best of all,Scared Panda donate 10% of each sale to a nonprofit that makes a difference in the community.

As soon as I saw the Pillow Fight T-shirt I knew Samantha would get a kick out of it. I also love the story behind The Pillow Fight Tee. Every April millions of people around the world gather in their respective city centers to take part in International Pillow Fight Day. There aren’t many events that are more nostalgic than a good old-fashioned pillow fight.

Scared Panda Shirts make great, AND affordable gifts for everyone on your list.

The t-shirts make great gifts because:

  • Save money. The kid’s shirts are just $18 and, during the holiday season they offer free shipping and gift wrapping.
  • Give back. 10% of each sale goes to Chicago-based nonprofit, Growing Home.
  • Shop locally. Every shirt is produced in the U.S. using mineral and citrus-based inks.

The kids line includes:

DJ Panda – Kid’s
Pandas can’t DJ! Or so you thought. This t-shirt is a tribute to all of the amazing DJs around the world. Thanks for making our booties shake. Keep on spinnin’.

Scared Panda – Kid’s

Free Ridin’ Panda – Kid’s
Cities and scooters go together perfectly – like Forest & Jenny and traffic ‘n weather. They’re small, agile and they allow you to weave in and out of traffic with a face into the wind, free and happy feeling. Beep beep!
