Holiday 2011: LeapFrog DVDs make great Stocking Stuffers

LeapFrog’s biggest title this holiday season is LeapFrog: Phonics Farm. The DVD release caps the meteoric rise of main character Scout the learning puppy from two toys in 2009 to a $100+ million brand across toys, books, games, apps and now home entertainment.

Featuring everyone’s favorite puppy pal Scout in his very first starring role, the all-new LeapFrog release makes learning phonics even more fun as Scout ventures through a farm filled with extraordinary animals, along with his friends Violet, Eli and Penny.  LeapFrog: Phonics Farm introduces the 26 letters of the alphabet along with the most common sounds those letters make enabling kids to link letters with their respective sounds – a very important learning milestone.

Scout has been an established and growing character in the widely-popular LeapFrog toy line since his launch in 2009 with retail sales of his products totaling $100+ million to date. In addition to the DVD release, two additional Scout toys and one additional iPhone app will launch at retail this fall, joining the collection of 20+ Scout products available across toys, books, games, apps and more.
