The end of March I decided it was time to get back into my routine and out of my funk. March was a really hard month for me, I turned to food as my escape and realized that food is not the answer. I NEEDED to get back on track and I NEEDED to start running again. The miscarriage was not easy to get through and even days still I find myself in a funk, but I can’t dwell on what might have been.

I started slow with only three miles and then within a few days got back to four miles. My goal is to get that finish number in less time. But as my dr. said I needed to take it slow until I felt comfortable with jogging and not stopping much.

Below is my jogging/walking over 10 days. so 6 out of 10 days is great.

This coming week I will be using X2Performance. It is suppose to help give more endurance, help with recovery and give more energy. I plan to start using it in te mornings to help me have that energy to get what I need done and then enjoy the rest of the day with the older kids.

    Starting May 1st I’m getting serious with getting in shape. I recently had another baby and this past month I’ve eaten tons of junk (Easter has NOT helped). Positive thoughts for both of us.

  26. It’s good that you’re getting back into exercising! I’ve gone through a similar experience and it really is hard sometimes to pick yourself up and kick your butt into gear, but I’ve noticed exercise definitely helps boost my mood.

    I’m also an emotional eater so I understand that trial o.O

    This sounds like an interesting product! I’m always looking for ways to boost my energy since I have nasty CFS.

    So sorry for your loss. It’s been 15 years and I still have those ‘what if’ days. Good for you on recognizing you needed to get back on track – getting back into a routine can be tough, but keep at it, hope the X2 helps with staying focused on the positive progress you’re making. 🙂
