Happy Blankie

Happy Blankie is an incredible brand with a giving mission, started by a 9 year old boy. David Holdridge, the founder and CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) of Happy Blankie had a big idea – he wanted to combine his little sister’s two favorite things, stuffed animals and blankies so that he could make kids all over the world feel happy and safe. Along with his mom’s help, they created Happy Blankies – die-cut, plush blankets in classic animal shapes.

Happy Blankie’s mission is “one to love, one to give” and for every blanket purchased, a second blanket is donated to a child in a hospital or orphanage. Happy Blankie works with organizations around the world and will be doing Blankie Drops every few months to children in need of comfort.

My girls are in love with their Happy Blankies. When I first saw them I couldn’t believe how stinking cute they were! Each of the girls received a Giggle the  Happy Pig.

Each blanket comes in three sizes:

  • Small approx. 18” X 18”  (security size: newborn – 2 years)
  • Medium approx. 36” X 40” (perfect for nap time, car trips, any time! newborn – 6 years)
  • Large approx. 48” X 56” (newborn – 75+ years)

When you purchase a Giggle Happy Blankie today you will be able to give away an identical blankie to a child in need of a smile. Happy Blankie is donating blankies to children in need all over the world. YOU will be able to make a difference by choosing where you would like to give a blankie. When you receive your blankie you will be able to follow the instructions on the “giving is cool” tag in order to donate your second blanket.

Each of the girls had a blast browsing through the different charities and both picked The Ronald McDonald House because they wanted Blankies to go to kids like Kayla.
