I am someone who uses their phone on a daily basis. On my phone I have many different photo apps so that I can share our family experiences through social networking. But one of the problems I have is when I don’t want to share certain photos and or I want to keep them private between friends and family.

Photos I share on my blog are ones I feel comfortable with but sometimes I have photos that I don’t want shared with the world. so having something like Fotobounce is really neat.

Fotobounce is a downloadable digital photo management software application that allows users to manage, store and share full resolution digital photographs securely between a private network of friends and family, referred to as “Bouncers”. This private network protects users from the increasing privacy concerns and uncertainty that comes with relying on internet storage services or social networking sites as this is software local to your computer.

fotobounce is really easy to install on your computer. And instead of having to upload all your photos to another website you store them on your computer but are still able to share them like you would otherwise. Fotobounce also uses face recognition, which will link liked faces in groups, this “trains” Fotobounce to learn who people are and helps automate the tagging process. Note that all of the face recognition data remains local to your computer, unlike the features offered by major social networking sites where they store and use your face data on their public servers.

As soon as you open up Fotobounce it will scan for your photos and show you all available and also the month and year. Once you have your pictures uploading sharing is simple!

After you click to add it to either Flickr, Twitter or Facebook the photos show up instantly.

Basically instead of going to each site and uploading your photos you can do it all easily and quickly through fotobounce. Fotobounce allows you to create a network with your friends and family. This is a private network where you are in control and define what is to be shared.

It’s definitely a software to check out if you share a lot of photos with friends and family.
