Folgers Gourmet Selections K-Cup & Keurig *Giveaway closed*
My mornings start off a little crazy…. I push the snooze on my alarm about 3 or times, which end up being a good extra 30 minutes. So by the time I finally stumble out of bed my morning is a crazy rush to get the girls dressed, fed, hair brushed and out the door for school. But one thing I refuse to do is leave without a cup of coffee. What better way to kick off the morning than with a cup of fresh brewed coffee? But at the same time, why make an entire pot of coffee when you can’t stay home to enjoy it?
That is what I love about the Keurig! I have had the chance to try out different coffee pots and brewing systems, and I have to say now that I can have my Folgers with the Keurig I am extremely excited.
I am a Folgers fan, have been since I was little (yes, my grandma let me sneak cups of coffee at Christmastime… could be why I am the shortest person in the family (on my side of the family)….
Millstone coffee and Folgers Gourmet Selections K-Cup portion packs are made from the same high quality beans already available on-shelf in over 50 blends, and offer the exceptional taste that both brand’s passionate coffee drinkers have come to expect. The superior taste is the result of both brand’s precise “bean to cup” process that involves an intricate method of growing, roasting, and blending to ensure each cup of coffee delivers a unique coffee drinking experience.
Millstone and Folgers Gourmet Selections K-Cup portion packs are available in the following flavors:
Millstone Breakfast Blend (Fair Trade Certified)
Millstone Hazelnut Cream

I set the table for breakfast the night before and lay out the clothes to be worn for that day.
My trick sounds counter-productive, but I actually get up 30 minutes earlier than I need to. This way, I can lay in bed and watch TV for a bit, or hit the snooze (sometimes BOTH!) before getting up and I’m not so rushed. I also make sure that when I get home, my purse, keys, etc. are all on the table by the front door (along with anything else I need to take to work) so I’m not hunting for them in the morning.
Also, having my coffeemaker programmed to have my coffee ready is definite incentive to get out of bed Nothing like waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee! 🙂
i get prepared the night before and make getting ready easier. Coffee helps wake me up.
I like to get things ready the night before so there is no running around in the morning trying to find stuff. I am not a coffee drinker but start my day with a nice hot cupt of tea. I find it essential to both calm me and wake me up.
When it comes to the morning I have a hard time waking. I usually have decided the night before what I will wear. My husband wakes up a bit faster than I do. He is the one that wants a drink of coffee and I usually have it ready for him as he leaves. but the issue is that I have to heat up the kettle and then get the travel mug and the individual coffee bags and then steep it to the strength he likes. This gives him something to drink and a bit of comfort on his way to work. The drive is only 7 miles but with traffic it has taken up to 45-50 minutes at times for him to get to work.
Get everything together the night before, so your clothes and your kids clothes are all ready laid out and the school bags are packed so u will ahve time to grab a cup of coffee on the way out. Coffee has always helped me get through the day, just the smell wakes me up and alerts me.
To help manage my morning I try to get as much prepared the night before as possible. We usually end up having things come up every morning so a bit of prep the night before goes a long way!
I love my coffee in the morning but don’t always get it. Then, I settle for a sugary soda that dampens my mood and leaves me feeling depressed. I have wanted a Keurig for so long and really hope to win this one! Thanks!
i have everything organized the night before, and the coffee gives me the extra boost i need thanks for the giveaway minsthins at optonline dot net

Hello, I don’t have Keurig, so my one tip to manage a hectic morning is to load the water and coffee in my old drip coffee maker and all I have to do is turn it on blurry eyed in the morning before jumping in the shower. When I get out, it’s all ready. Also, it helps to have outfits picked out the night before so there is no scrambling around looking for what to wear. Thanks for a great giveaway!
I get as much as possible ready the night before. Coffee wakes me up so I can function.

Coffee is a must in the morning. Make it as simple as possible to help you get going in the morning.
Prepare what you can the night before, and that first cup of coffee is an eye opener
I avoid as many hassles as possible by setting things up the night before. It helps me stay focused.
My tip for handling a hectic morning is to have as much as possible done the night before. Having the clothes for the kids already picked out to wear, Hubby has the coffee ready to be made and just have to click the button on the pot. Weekends I make pancakes, french toast or muffins depending on what we may be getting low on, and keep then in the freezer for a quick breakfast. The key to a successful morning after the kids are the bus is sitting down to enjoy a cup of gourmet coffee. This perks me up and gets me in a good mood before the chaos of the day begins. Having a cup at night is also a great stress reliever.

Set clothes out the night before and have everything ready by the door or already in the car. If I don’t have my morning coffee it could get ugly. LOL
Prepare as much the night before like laying out clothes and making lunches so it is all ready the next morning. The great taste and caffeine in coffee get my day cranked up. I am alert and energetic

My best tip is to have the kids clothes picked out the night before, books ready to go on the kitchen table, and quick fix breakfast foods on hand. I do not function in any way, shape, or form till I have my morning coffee. I have to have it to start the day.

My tip for a less stressful morning is leaving the kitchen spic and span before going to bed. Waking up to a clean kitchen gets the day off right! And a steaming cup of coffee just makes it even better. My favorite is flavored coffee, especially hazelnut. Would love to brew it on a Keurig! Thanks!

If you preplan your morning then that cup of gourmet coffee will be the ultimate reward for a smooth morning.
As most everyone else has said, I too try to get everything ready the night before. I’m not a morning person AT ALL, and a cup of coffee is the boost I need to wake up and hit the ground running.

I wish our mornings ran a little more smoothly, but I think what helps the most is routine. The kids know the process – wake up, go to the bathroom, wash and brush teeth, get dressed, breakfast, out the door. It’s like an assembly line. Then once they are out the door, I have a minute to relax with a hot drink. I would love a keurig, that would make the morning easier (for me, not so much the kids. 😉

My best tip to manage a hectic morning is to leave whatever you can get away with for later, some things can certaintly wait to be done. Leave those breakfast dishes in the sink, don’t pick up that laundry..Just get what needs to be done done..And a good strong pot of coffee is always a must in the mornings even if you are drinking it on your commute.

I like to get a head start ( about an hour before my son gets up) to organize my list for the day, which also includes homeschooling schedule, meals, errands, etc. This is the time I really enjoy a good strong dark roast of coffee in my favorite Fiesta Ware Mug.
I do anything I can the night before – get lunch packed, choose her clothes & mine. Coffee gives me that nice jumpstart if I’m sleepy! julie@3momsinone.com

schedule, schedule schedule gets us through the morning around here. It all starts with Mommy’s cup of coffee though. If that doesn’t happen, it all falls apart. Coffee is the fuel for our morning!
My best tip to handle a busy morning is to make sure I wake up at least 30 minutes before I “have” to or else I’ll be rushed no matter what!

A fresh cup of coffee doesn’t happen in the am. It’s just too hectic and I hate wasting it. I do keep down the chaos by waking up before I have to wake up the kids. Gives me a chance to get down to the kitchen and start with lunches and have breakfast going before the get up. Keeps things calm.

Seems the less rushing around in the am,everyone starts off in a better mood.;) My husband would love a fresh cup of coffee before he goes to work. We seem to waste a lot of coffee, since he leaves so early in the am, I always end up throwing most of it out by the time I get to it.:(

We set the table for breakfast the night before with cereal boxes and bananas sometimes!
We pack our lunches the night before, then put a post it note on bathroom mirrors to remember them!
I write a note to myself about anything important for the next day and put it on the bathroom mirror.
We lay clothes out the night before, even me~
I set up the coffeemaker the night before.
I keep a basket by the door for gloves, socks, scarves and an extra pair of shoes, shoelaces, and school supplies for everyone in the house and a small wallet with change and one dollar bills (5) for those last minute emergencies we always have right before going out the door!

I would have to say the best tip to a less hectic morning would be to have everything ready the night before. However with 2 children (one being an infant) no mater how much you plan ahead something always comes up to make each morning hectic. And to me a refreshing cup of coffee (or tea/hot chocolate for me) would help to remind me to stop and breath. Not to meantion it would remind me to take a moment to myself in the morning as I generally am so busy getting everyone ready and fed I forget about me.
