This week was great, and I worked harder with my less snacking. While I did get exercise in I still struggled with food at the beginning of the week. I ended up getting a bad sunburn so I took an extra day off.
No weightloss this past week because I know I snacked too much and I need to keep track of my food and eat less carbs which is what I have been saying ALL MONTH LONG!
I am going to change the days though from Friday to Thursday and check in on Fridays.
Thursday May 1st: 4.5 miles in 77 minutes total for the day was 6.37 miles
Friday May 2nd: 1.68 miles
Saturday May 3rd: 1 MILE REST DAY
Sunday May 4th: 2 miles walking in 36 minutes total for the day was 2.71 miles
Monday May 5th: I was so sunburned I could hardly move. I didn’t even put on my fitbit
Tuesday May 6th: 4.3 miles in 70 minutes. Total for the day was 5.60 miles
Wednesday May 7th: 4.27 miles in 70 minutes. Total for the day was 6.53 miles.
Thursday May 8th: 4.30 miles in 71 minutes. Total for the day was 6.19 miles.
This week I WILL challenge myself to not snack on junk an say no to drinks when offered!
