How exciting and scary for a mom. I know that I’m putting Zoe in Pre-school and I’m really nervous about it.

Your kids are so cute! I can still remember when my youngest went to Kindergarten. For 5 minutes, I sat at home wondering what I’d do with all my free time. THAT didn’t take long to change – LOL

  12. I bet they’ve already learned quite a bit in the first week they’ve been in school and are like little chatter boxes when you bring them home telling you
every detail, but not quite always in an order where it always makes the best sense.

Back to school time is exciting and melancholy at the same time. Fun to see the smiling, eager faces of the kids–but the house sure is quiet for mom, isn’t it?!

Kindergarten is such a fun year! My youngest starts Kindergarten next year and I am not sure how I feel about that.

  17. Tracey says:

Both girls now in school, how do you feel?

My son starts Kindy next year and he cannot wait to go to ‘Big School’ and with one on the way I get to share the memories again. And I am excited for that 🙂

YOUr girls are so sweet, Mandy. Those early school years are gone for me and it was hard on me to send my youngest of 6 to FIFTH grade this year. I didnt cry though. I do remember crying with EACH of them as they went to Kindergarten. Now I have ANOTHER graduating this year (the fourth) and a teen son who is totally girl scamming. it is all hilarious. I hope you have as much fun with the girls in years ahead! Cherish it cuz it goes SO fast…this from an old experienced mom that still SHOULD know a ton but still am learning as I go!
