All this talk with my friends about chocolate made me realize I had a box of Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars. MMM!!!! These little bars make the perfect snack and give me the exact amount of sweet I am craving without over doing it. Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars are a high-fiber, low-calorie snack bar that are delicious and make sticking to a diet easier and tastier. The new bars are available in craveable flavors such as chocolate and chocolate peanut butter and have only 90 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and five grams of fiber per bar.


Fiber Research
Research shows that individuals with higher fiber intake tend to have healthier body weights:
- According to the International Food Information Council, there is strong evidence from multiple studies that suggests an association between a fiber-rich diet and lower body mass index.
- Fiber-rich foods help to curb hunger and support long- and short-term weight loss.
- While current guidelines recommend 25 grams of fiber per day (based on a 2,000 calorie diet), most Americans (nine out of 10) are not getting enough.
- Just one Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bar has 20% of the daily recommended fiber intake, according to the Institute of Medicine’s daily fiber recommendations.
- At only 90 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and five grams of fiber – 20 percent of the recommended daily total in one bar – Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars are the perfect solution for dieters seeking an easy and great-tasting snack to satisfy their appetite on-the-go.
- You may also ask, doesn’t Fiber One already have a chewy bar? The answer is yes; however, the new bar recipe has 35% few calories featuring a unique, lighter blend of whole grains and either a chocolate or peanut butter coating on the bottom.

I take cinnamon supplements- they metabolize sugar and helps me stay insulin free/independant- so I can lose weight!

I’m doing aerobics and weights at least 4 times a week.

One of my favorite snacks is popcorn. I’m SO glad they are making these at 90 calories. I eat one for breakfast every day and shaving off 50 calories is fantastic! I’m really trying to lose weight and am exercising more and watching what I eat more closely

My favorite snack is peanut butter on a whole wheat tortilla! dont know what i would do without peanut butter!
My favorite snack is popcorn, but not microwave popcorn (yuk). Has to be popped on the stove, like my dad always made it!
I make myself walk 5 miles a week.
I’m trying to stay healthy/get healthier by cutting way back on junk and fast food. I’m adding a lot more fruits and veggies (almost a vegetarian… except for a rare chicken or meat indulgence). And, I’m trying to spend a lot more time out in my garden working on the major remodel (think hauling lots of 30 pound blocks, digging, bending, planting, weeding, moving dirt…)… with the end result being a healthier yard (less water usage because no more lawn) and lots more home grown fruits and veggies to support my more vegetarian eating habits with better foods!

I’m trying to get a daily walk in & watch what I eat. I’m trying to snack more on fruits & veggies when I get hungry.
You could never tell it by looking at me, but I don’t usually eat between meals. When I do snack, I love nuts or easy-to-eat fruit like blueberries.

My favorite snack before was anything salty or nutty, now that I am ‘thinking skinny’ (yes, that is a mentalness I am doing, I am going to diet, exercise and think myself thin…have a went crazy? No, but hey, what have a got to lose but pounds.
Sooo..adding to my long post my new favorite snack is Quaker Chewy Granola bars and the reason is because Albertson’s is having a killer deal that if you buy 5 boxes they are only $1.00 each so each of my snacks are only .10 but I had coupons like the frugal butt in my demands, lol, so got them for .50 a box or .05 each, can’t beat that deal.
The reason I am entering though is because I do not get enough fiber in my diet, bathroom issues are rising because of it so here I am and hoping to win.

One way I really try and stay healthy is by cutting out soda. I really like drinking crystal light. It doesn’t have calories and you get great refreshing flavor while increasing my water intake.
