Easy Sugar Cookie Recipe

I am not a Sugar Cookie fan. In fact I usually stay away from them, but I knew that the girls would have fun decorating them and what is Christmas without some Sugar Cookies? Now I wanted to use an easy recipe that would make GOOD cookies. The problem I usually have is that no matter what recipe I use the cookies are hard and crispy. I like soft moist cookies.

If your like me, and like soft moist cookies this is the recipe for you!

Thank you Mandy, I have made them every year for decades and still cant find JUST the right recipe. I am always having to add so much more flour for consistency and then it loses the sweetness and tastes like flour…plain flour! I WILL try this one on Friday when girls and I will bake just a small batch for our own little Christmas party this year.

That was the problem I had too. After you mix it up it will be soft BUT after you put it in the fridge it WILL firm up and they taste really good!

I also like a soft cookie. They sound so easy, and I like that they don’t have to be rolled out.

    Thanks for sharing.
