Drawings by a 4 year old
I still remember the first time Samantha drew a person for me. I was shocked and excited. How could a little 3 year old draw like that?! Children amaze me!
When Sarah draws for me you would think I would be used to seeing little kid drawings right? Nope! I love seeing what their little minds can create.
Here is a picture Sarah drew the other day of the family. See the little teeny tiny red person? Sarah said that is her because she is the baby.

This is really good! Much better then what my 4 year old does. Drawing isn’t too much of an interest for him yet. He likes to paint, but isn’t too into drawing. It frustrates me that he won’t get into it. My husband and I are both artists.

Your kids drawings are the best art I think I love to frame mine and hang them in a collage on the wall. They are so imaginative and bright it just makes it so fun to look at and hear them talk about.
i felt the same way the first time dustin drew people! its so wonderful watching them grow both physically and intellectually!!

I agree, it is so weird when one day they can just draw and it’s recognizable. Each time it happened with my kids I just thought it was amazing.
The picture is very cute. I love how she made herself smaller because she is the baby!

I love it! I love anytime my children draw pictures for me. I, too, am amazed when I think how such young kiddos can draw things like tractors and trucks and people! Children are amazing little blessings from God!

How sweet, I remember when I first saw my daughters drawings, she was so excited to tell me what and who everything was. It’s really a warm feeling that warms you each time you remember it.
