Disney Family.com Holiday *Giveaway*

Do you tend to get lost in the shuffle between family, work and other holiday-related obligations and festivities?  Disney Family.com is offering a “Survive the Winter Travel Season with Family.com” kit to one lucky reader!

The kit includes a BUILT bottle tote, Godiva Holiday Truffle box, adult GAP mittens, a scented candle from Restoration Hardware, and a set of 4 holiday Mini Merry nail polishes from OPI (total value of $82).

Disney Family.com recognizes the importance of taking time for oneself during the busy holiday season. That’s why they’re offering some luxurious treats to help moms get through the hustle and bustle of this time of year. Year-round, parents and caregivers can visit DisneyFamily.com/Travel for expert reviews, other parent travel recommendations, and age-appropriate points of interest for family-friendly destinations on any budget.

I love using Disney fmaily.com. In fact I say I use the site at least once a day. Not only do I search for crafts to do with the kids, but the recipies are wonderful, and are so easy that even your kids can help with them.

Seriously what mom wouldn’t love this fabulous kit?

I found this on travel tips
Tell him what you DO want
Instead of focusing on misbehavior and what you don’t want him to do, explain exactly what you’d like your child to do or say instead. Give him simple instructions to follow

The tip I found useful was the Talk About section. It’s a great resource for getting information about families that visit places that i’m interested going to visit.

    this is good advice

Keep your distance. Unless on-site housing offers necessary convenience for your family, consider lodging that’s outside the major tourist area or city you’re visiting. An extra 15 minutes of travel can considerably reduce lodging expenses, especially if you’re staying more than a few days.

The tip I found useful is :

Determine the type of trip you will take. Before you even start your planning, take a moment to consider: what kind of trip are you taking? Are you splurging on a dream vacation, or conserving on a semi-annual getaway? What aspects of this trip are most important to you?
