Date Night’s Not Dead! McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants *Giveaway*
And I am here to prove that date night’s not dead! I have a $25.00 dining certificate to McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant to give away to one of my readers that’s looking to add a little recession-proof romance this summer.
We all have to treat ourselves sometimes, whether that is with new dress or a night out on the town. However, the current economic climate isn’t encouraging any of us to splurge unless there’s something more to it.

Can I just say that picking a menu item has to be my favorite way to enter a blog sweep! This menu was hard to choose from, though….lots of really yummy stuff! Wow, I’ve never been there before. I could look at the site, but then as much as I love seafood, I wouldn’t be able to pick just one dish…LOL.
I would get the Hearts of Romaine Caesar Salad with Garlic Croutons and Slice Sirloin Steak, with Red Wine Demi Glaze
My favorite item isn’t on the menu. I am a strict vegetarian but don’t mind going to restuarants so my husband can eat seafood. Our local McCormick’s and Schmick’s hosted his company’s holiday party. I mentioned to the manager I didn’t eat anything they had on the menu and he had the chef make me a pasta and roasted veggie dinner. It was DIVINE! I love that they are willing to work with special dietary needs! I have told all my veggie friends about the amazing service there. I could go there on a date night with my hubby if I won this!

Wow, we fantasize about this place, and McCormick & Schmick’s has a location less than five miles away. So after looking at the mouth-watering menu, I’m going to enjoy dreaming about my order and order for my husband as well!
We’d start with an order of the Pan-Fried Oysters and the Calamari with 3 Sauces. For our entrees, I have the King Crab Legs with Drawn Butter and Hubby would have the YellowFin Tuna. If we had ANY room left, we split one of those yummy sounding Creme Brulee. Wow. What a meal!
