When I spring clean,I go through everything in cabinets, closets etc.If I haven’t used it in 6 months or have no plans to use it in the next 2 or 3..I toss it in the pile for the yard sale. The same goes for clothes, shoes and books that haven’t been worn or read in that time.
newspapers help clean windows alot easier than papertowels, and recycling

It’s amazing how much stuff can get pushed underneath a couch. I always move and clean under my couches every spring.

Make sure you have all the supplies on hand before you start because if you have to go to the store to get something you’ll never finish.

I clean the washing machine and dishwasher by running vinegar though it onnce a week to freshen it up.
One of my Spring Cleaning tips is to bring all of the house plants outside on a beautiful day, water them, dust them, remove all the dead leaves, freshen up the soil, & leave them out for the day so they can get some awesome fresh air.

I make lists like whoa…I get very specific such as “throw away 2 pairs of shoes” or “give away 1 bag of clothes”
as you go around dusting get rid of things you no longer love!
I love hanging stuff outside to get “Fresh Air” scent, items like rugs, drapes, bedding, towels! Also declutter, less cleaning!

The best spring cleaning tip I have is to do a little bit of cleaning each day. Don’t save it all for one day..it’s too overwhelming!
I take each item out of the closets and put into piles as to what is going to be done with it – give away, throw away or keep.
Alternate the tough jobs with the easy so you don’t get burnt out.

I pack away all of the heavy winter clothes in those space storage bags to keep them clean and to keep all the bugs out as well as make more space. Also a good excuse to go through all the clothes and keep, sort and throw out!

Ridding the house of clutter is a great first step to spring cleaning. It helps inspire you to clean surfaces when every surface isn’t covered in clutter! wgbc1446[at]yahoo[dot]com
Time for spring clean I use vinger and water To clean with You be Surprise On how Good it Works
My tip is to add a little body wash in your bath water, you’ll have very little dirt adhering to the tub when done.
In the spring I sort thru all our winter clothes and before packing them up for storage. Anything that will be outgrown is boxed up for the summer garage sale or for donation to the goodwill.

My Spring cleaning tip is to not overwhelm yourself and try to do everything in a day or a weekend. I always start with the garage so that there is a place to empty stuff to and then over 4 weeks, we divide our house into quadrants and do one per week. It makes it easier and not so stressful that way. When we’re done, we have a garage sale and use the money we make to do something fun… that makes it all worth while.

Use a damp paper towel to wipe down pets fur after they come in from outside, if family members are allergic this can really cut down on the pollen that they bring in.

My tip is to try to include your children when you clean. Mine are in elementary school so it is sometimes hard to find things that they can manage, but they love to help!
One of my spring cleaning tips is to make sure that you clean out all closets, hall, kitchen and your room closet. There are many things that have gone missing, that will soon be found.
use the works bowl cleaner on your bathtub to get all the dirt and hard to get off gunk. all you do is poor it in and wipe it around and then just let it sit for about 2 -3 minutes and then wipe it out. you will be able to see a HUGE difference in the tub.
Always do closets first!
Spring cleaning always makes me want to get rid of all the things I have not used in several months. Clean organized cabinets always say Spring to me.
my spring cleaning tip is to do one room at a time, one room per weekend is how i do it, that way it’s not too much in one day!

Before you pack away your winter clothes, throw away anything ripped or that you know you will never wear again.
brush the ceiling with a broom before you clean the room to get cobwebs and dust.
vinegar is good cleaning windows
I clean a little each day so that it is not an overwhelming task. Thanks!
My spring cleaning tip is to move everything out of a room and clean….then gradually move it back in….

Scrub your bathroom mirrors with the hand towels right before you wash them. You can even pour a tiny bit of water or vinegar on them and rub your mirrors hard. Saves paper towels, and no lint!
