Celebrate the ‘Small Wins’ with Quaker Healthy Living

Over the past year and a half our family has made a lot of changes in our lifestyle. Of course we have many more to change but it feels good making simple changes for a healthy living.

I think pregnancy has really helped see a different look on food, what to eat and what I shouldn’t. Not to mention getting off my bum and exercising more. Even if it’s just a simple walk, it really does help!

I love that Quaker is celebrating “small wins” for a healthy living. Small wins can be anything, for me it would be grabbing a piece of fruit or some veggies to snack on instead of a cupcake. It always fills me up and it is much healthier for baby girl and me!

Another “small win” for the day is taking a little walk with the kids, even if it’s down the street and then back up the hill. It feels good to get the body moving, and the kids love it!
