Feeding the Ducks

Yesterday I took Sarah to the Village for some one on one time after Kindergarten. We had a wonderful time feeding the ducks and of course shopping.

She thought it was so cool that a duck was out of the water and right in front of her.

Enjoying Some Summer Fun

My girls are so goofy! We finally broke out the tiny plastic pool for the girls to enjoy today. I have so much to do that taking them to the Lake will have to wait. At least they can play and have fun on the back patio!

The Girls Rode a Jet Ski For The First Time!!

The girls had so much fun riding around on our friend’s Jet Ski today up at Big bear lake. Samantha is in the picture to the left and Sarah to the right.

My mother in law brought the girls to work earlier this week and Sarah had a chicken float. She wouldn’t put it down… even when she sat to have some ice cream!

Miss Independence

I can’t believe how much they have grown! They had a wonderful day with Grandma & Papa, then went out to eat and watched the Fireworks at Lake Arrowhead from the boat…

Last week we had this huge bag of chocolates. It had Hersey Kisses, Reese Butter Cups and the Mini Candy Bars. The size of  the bag should have lasted us a long time…… but the whole thing was gone in a matter of days….

Samantha – More Awards

Man, it seems our school loves to give out awards! What is interesting is I heard all year long how Sam needed to concentrate more on math….. but then received awards for math. One for 100% subtraction and one for 90% addition.

Spring Recital

Earlier this month the girls had their spring show for dance. Sarah for Ballet and Samantha for Tap/Jazz Combo (1st grade).

Sarah learned to Whistle

A few days ago Sarah learned to whistle. I have no idea how she learned or who taught her because it wasn’t me. I don’t know how to whistle.

Lake Babies

Saturday was spent relaxing on the lake with my Hubby and Kiddos. We had fun cruising the lake and swimming!

Last Day of School is Tomorrow..

 I can’t believe tomorrow is the last day of school. After tomorrow I will have a 2nd grader and a kindergartner!

Today Samantha received an award for the Reflections Program.  I am very proud of her and her accomplishments.

We all know that kids now a days have a ton of toys, they are all into electronics and video games, high tech toys that grown adults can’t figure out but a five year old can….
