BlogHer 2010: Day One

WHEW!! That was a crazy 4 days!  It seems it was a non-stop whirlwind of parties, meetings, and shopping! I can not even begin to tell you the incredible trip I had all thanks to my wonderful sponsor Bumble Bee Foods!

I started my Blogher 2010 NYC mayhem eeeeeaaarrrllllyyyyy Thursday morning, leaving to NYC at 6AM (car picked me up at 3AM), I got to The Hilton at 5:30, ran upstairs to my room and changed just to get back downstairs and meet in the lobby with The Bee Squad by 6:15!  (yes… it was crazy and was just the beginning of my crazy weekend!)

It was great to see my fellow Bee Squad Members and enjoy an evening I’ll never forget! Chef Scott Leibfried (if you’ve seen Hell’s Kitchen on FOX, then you know who he is, and yes my husband was madly jealous he couldn’t go.) was amazing, showing us three different recipies all that you can make right at home. His personality is awesome and you couldn’t help but want to hear more from him!

I’ll share more about this fabulous event in a separate post!

Right after the Bumble Bee VIP Party I headed over to the Nikon Night Out!  The party was held on the rooftop of The Bryant Park Grill in a covered tent. It was quite warm, in fact, we were all sweating and using our name badges as fans, but thankfully we had plenty of cold drinks and it didn’t matter since there was hot FDNY Fire Fighters all over and awesome cameras to drool over!

I ended the night heading back to the Hilton Bar with Jen from jleigh Designz  Tanya from Mommy Goggles (Tanya’s hubby Jason) and Jen from The Dirty Shirt where we enjoyed a drink and laughed!

That ended day ONE!!!

Don’t forget to purchase your BlogHer 2011 Tickets! It will be in San Diego!!!

No compensation was received for this post. As a member of the Bee Squad, I receive product samples and information. The company also sponsored my trip to BlogHer 2010.
