Birthday Party: DownEast Basics *Giveaway*
Every year for my birthday one of the items I ask for is clothes! I mean who can have enough clothes right? I recently heard about DownEast Basics and I instantly fell in love with their clothes.
I was able to pick two items for women so I decided on the Tuxedo Top (in white). Tuxedo ruffles complement deep v-neckline. Cap sleeve with elastic finish and ruffle detail. This top is very comfortable and you can wear it with anything.
One thing I love about DownEast Basics is their prices! With tops ranging about $16 dollars you can’t go wrong. Plus the quality is great!
I also picked the Uptown Cord Skirt. I am in love with both of these items. The top is cute and matches the Cord Skirt perfectly. I love the skirt because it skits low on the waist but it also is made of cotton so it is very soft and comfortable to wear.
We also received a top for each of the girls. Samantha got the Little Long Sleeve Lace Tee. Long sleeve length hits below elbow. 3″ lace around bottom. Seamless sleeve. This tee is adorable and Sam loves the lace around the bottom!

I have to say I love all of their skirts! It’s so hard to pick just one. I am always on the search for cute skirts and I have found the place to shop! I really like the cord skirt, so cute for fall. =)

I LOVE Downeast Basics. Thier line is modern and modest, affordable and comfortable. I can look great and feel great without wearing the same thing as everyone else I see walking down the road. I think Clinton and Stacy would think this was a perfect line for thier show and I only hope they never find it because then everyone WOULD be weraing it and I would have to find another line to be unique in! LOL!
I love the pretty petals skirt. Its such a great fall skirt because it can be worn alone on warmer days, and worn with tights and boots on colder days. It looks great with the brown wonder tee and is so feminine and flattering! I am also totally loving the tuxedo top and cord skirt… hoping to win them both to help build my “stylish and cute teacher wardrobe”!

I LOVE DownEast Basics! I am tall and shirts are never long enough for me. I LOVE the length of the Wonder Camisoles and the Wonder Tee. It makes wearing clothes so much easier!
There are a few things I have on my list of things I want to get… The Tuxedo top has been number one on my list along with a number of the skirts. I seriously could go crazy and buy so many things there!! (Good thing there isn’t a store nearby me!!) LOL!
