Benihana Children’s Day *Gift Card Giveaway*

Benihana is the leading Japanese-themed restaurant chain in the world. The restaurant’s teppanyaki chefs slice and dice guests’ meals, providing entertainment as they enjoy traditional Japanese cooking using American favorites like steak, chicken, seafood and vegetables.

Benihana is about to kick off two promotions – the first of which is geared towards families with children in kindergarten to sixth grade. From April 4 – May 5, Benihana is celebrating the Japanese Children’s Day by holding art contests for children as part of its “Children Helping Children” program. Benihana will donate $1 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for each work of art submitted, and the child will be entered to win a dinner for 8 at their local Benihana restaurant. Also, 100% of proceeds from children’s meals served on Children’s Day (May 5) will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The second promotion is Benihana’s Chef Special for the month of April, Hibachi Steak for Two, a huge multi-course meal priced at $37. In addition, they are featuring an assortment of spring-inspired drinks like the White Peach Sake Sangria, and a variety of sakes.

    We love the brown sauce for dipping the meat – and the ginger salad sauce and the miso soup! We LOVE benihana! I’d get the sirloin and chicken combination!

    I’d get Benihana’s awesome Ocean treasure, it comes with lobster tail, sea scallops, and shrimp grilled to perfection. My appetizers would be either the Las Vegas or Philadelphia roll and I’d have their Pomegranate Hibiscus Margarita……If the kids weren’t with me! :)

    We all love the teppanyaki, or hibachi, style food preparation – especially when it comes to seafood. I would select the Ocean Treasure (lobster, scallops and shrimp), with the Banana Tempura for dessert. Mmm… :)
