This past week I received a pretty awesome Tech gadget! And everyone knows how much I love “techie” stuff.  As a mom I have found myself in many situations where people have asked me for pictures of the girls. I of course am like “uhhhh, well a few on my cell phone”. Yeah…. I am one of those moms who never carries pictures of their ids around, maybe it’s because my kids are always with me?  Until now…. Now I carry around my ALBUM.

The ALBUM is a pretty advanced – yet easy to use – portable digital photoframe of sorts, except the user can actually organize photos and search for a particular set of photos to share with family and friends – something you can’t do with a traditional photoframe.  Compared to traditional photoframes on the market, ALBUM beats the competition in both quality (HD screen co-developed with Samsung) and price (only $149.99) and can store up to 40,000 photos. The battery power is also unmatched – 3 hours of built-in battery life, whereas most other photoframes need to be plugged into the wall. The ALBUM can also upload pictures in a cinch – either directly import pictures from your camera, computer, or simply plug in your camera’s memory card – it literally takes seconds.

I am just in awe over this little photo album, and for once I can have tons, and I mean tons of pictures of my kids at one time! For me I have found adding the pictures to an SD card and then inserting it into the ALBUM is easy. But if you also have a ton of pictures already on your computer you can easily plug your ALBUM into your computer and then copy and paste the images right from your computer to your ALBUM. It really is that easy!

The internal memory (4 GB) can hold up to 40,000 photographs at ALBUM optimized resolution. One battery charge lasts an entire dinner party (3 hours). ALBUM is compatible with any type of USB device, including other ALBUMs, and also has a built-in SD memory card reader.
