I don’t know if you have seen any of the episodes yet but they are really funny! In each episode something always backfires in Christine’s face. Like this weeks episode when Ritchie gets invited to the school dance by the popular girl, Christine pretty much told Ritchie it’s important to be popular and in the end she is taught the lesson about acting snoody. It’s really funny though how it all plays out.

In this week’s episode of The New Adventure of Old Christine, Ritchie (Christine’s son) is asked to the school dance by the most popular girl in school! Christine is thrilled and pulls out all the stops to make it an impressive first date. She rents the couple a limo and Ritchie wears a tux to the dance. She even gloats about her son’s new popularity to the more popular ‘meanie’ moms. When Christine overhears that Richie’s date is about to break it off, she tries to bribe her with $100 to stay together, which only makes the situation worse, much worse.

I think one of things I have done to “protect” my child was when I had to deal with a teacher taking smack about her and take the situation to the principle. Since then the teacher has not done anything to be rude in the slightest to either of my kids.
