10 Ways to Get Fit After the Holidays
So far I am doing pretty good this new years. I know we are still in the first week but I have done great. I am madly craving sweets right now, so I am trying to eat oranges to get the “sweet” party… it’s HARD…. really HARD. They say it takes 21 days to make a habit of something. I am hoping when I hit the 21 day mark, eating healthy and exercising daily is a habit and I don’t think twice about it!

Here are my 10 ways to get fit this year!
- Exercise at least 5 times a week.
- Drink tons of water.
- eat smaller meals
- no sodas or alcohol
- we go rid of all the sweets. Only healthy snacks
- no eating after 8pm
- get more sleep
- have more sex
- grocery shop with a meal plan for each week
- get out side with the kids/ exercise inside with the kids (weather depending)

#2 drinking more water is the easiest one or the list for me. The others may cause me a problem. Can I switch #4 and #8 and have more soda and alcohol?
